Our Batching Plant Installation service provides a comprehensive solution covering the complete installation process, from initial site preparation to final commissioning and handover. Our experienced team ensures that every stage is carried out systematically, safely, and in accordance with engineering standards and project requirements. The installation process begins with site surveying and foundation preparation, followed by equipment delivery, positioning, and mechanical erection. This includes the installation of aggregate bins, conveyors, cement silos, screw conveyors, weighing systems, mixers, platforms, and supporting structures. The next stage covers electrical, control, and utility installation, including control panels, PLC systems, sensors, cabling, water systems, admixture systems, and other supporting utilities. All equipment is then inspected, aligned, and tested to ensure proper integration and reliable operation. The final stage consists of testing and commissioning, system calibration, and trial production. The batching system is tested under operating conditions to verify weighing accuracy, material flow, mixing performance, and overall plant functionality. Upon successful commissioning, our team provides operator training, maintenance guidance, technical documentation, and final project handover, ensuring that the batching plant is ready for safe, efficient, and continuous operation.

Conduct a detailed site survey to assess the site condition, accessibility, foundation area, utilities, and equipment layout. The work area is prepared to ensure safe and efficient installation activities.

Activities:

  • Site survey & measurement
  • Soil and foundation inspection
  • Plant layout marking
  • Equipment positioning plan
  • Preparation of lifting and access areas

Prepare and inspect the foundations based on the approved engineering drawings and equipment load requirements. Anchor bolts, cable trenches, drainage systems, and supporting civil structures are installed and verified.

Activities:

  • Foundation construction
  • Anchor bolt installation
  • Cable trench preparation
  • Drainage and working area preparation
  • Foundation level and alignment checking

All batching plant components are delivered to the project site and positioned according to the approved plant layout. Proper lifting, transportation, and storage procedures are applied to prevent equipment damage.

Main equipment:

  • Aggregate storage bins
  • Conveyor system
  • Weighing system
